These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of services offered through this Storefront.

All services purchased through this Storefront are fulfilled by Seahawk Media, LLC (“Seahawk Media”). By purchasing or using services, you agree to these Terms.

  • Website maintenance

  • Hosting-related services

  • Technical support

  • Security and performance services

  • Related digital solutions

Service scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in:

  • Product descriptions

  • Subscription plan details

  • Written proposals (if applicable)

  • Order confirmations

2. Orders and Payments

All purchases are subject to acceptance by Seahawk Media.

  • Payment terms are defined at checkout or within the applicable service agreement.

  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with plan terms.

  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Fulfillment Model

All services are delivered remotely in accordance with Seahawk Media’s operational standards.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. However, timelines are not guaranteed unless explicitly defined in a written service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access, credentials, and required technical permissions.

  • Submit accurate and lawful content.

  • Respond promptly to communications and approval requests.

Delays caused by incomplete information, access restrictions, or lack of response may impact delivery timelines. Seahawk Media is not responsible for delays resulting from the client’s inaction.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables defined in your agreement are transferred to you. Underlying frameworks, systems, proprietary processes, and internal tools remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service plan purchased. Custom development and fulfilled work are generally non-refundable once initiated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are also not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Tools

Our services may rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting providers, plugins, integrations). Therefore, we are not responsible for any third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Seahawk Media, LLC operates.
